  • Gald we decided not to go with Tuxedo Junction. On 1/17/15 I placed a 100% refundable $20 deposit to hold "the rate". On 1/26/15 my fiance decided that he was going to go with another tux rental company and I called to get my $20 refund back. When I called I was told the manager had to submit the request and he would call me back. Never heard back. Followed up about a week later. Was told by Beth that it would take 2 weeks to get my refund and she would call me back to confirm when I should expect my check. As of today, still no call, no check. I called the home office today and was told they never submitted the request for refund.
