  • Super clean, nice rooms, bed was kind of hard-but not bad. The area is a little shady, but hey...it is downtown Phoenix. Staff was super nice when I checked in. You will be asked for your America's Best Value card if you book with one. The best deal for this hotel I found online through their website. Best place on a budget if you need to stay downtown. Downfall: A/C was not on when I checked into the room - so it took me an hour to make my room cool in 105+degree weather. Uncomfortable but eventually got cool...
