  • This Apple store has been completely redone since I lived in Pittsburgh. It's very modern and futuristic looking. It feels like an Apple Store and seemed bigger than the old design. They had a ton of people working on my recent visit but no one actually approached me to see if I needed help. I went in to upgrade my iPhone but after 15 minutes of no greeting I headed out. It probably was the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving week, but that wasn't my experience in the old design at all. It may have just been a busy day, but it doesn't seem to be the friendly Apple store it used to be.
