  • Such mixed feelings after leaving here. Yes I did find my dress and I love it. Customer service was great untilI after I purchased my dress and then they wanted nothing to do with helping me (alterations, time and day to pick it up). Not only that but today I found my dress on the designers website for a fraction of the price Ivory Row changed me, and I bought their sample dress in store ... don't feel like the Happy valley location was honest and trust worthy. That's a huge purchase in life to feel that way afterwards. Pretty let down
