I'm business traveler with tight schedules and very little time to consider restaurants; but when I do there's a level of expectations that's pretty basic when serving food.

Look I know I'm in Madison, WI- spotted cows, frank Lloyd Wright, UWI. I get it, not NY but let's try to entice your tourist or travelers by serving good tasting food, otherwise there's plenty of connections with far better amenities for my money and time.
I don't mean to be so critical, if you consider yourself a regional stop make it so people are getting the experience they deserve.
