rev:text	So I have just to say I have been going here for several years! I have been trying to find out the Owners name so I can send a compliment on how this locations service has been in 2017. I am a Business Owner & I understand the challenges of finding good loyal people! Some work, some don't. Dear Owner, you have them now!!!! Front Desk staff very friendly, they are your VPs of 1st impressions & sadly this hasn't been always the case. But now you got the right VPs!!!! Next to my wax specialist, Danielle! She is awesome !!! Sometimes I come in with anxiety about my Appt. Not her fault, it's me. I have ADD & she always does a GREAT job getting my mind off of the services. We talk, laugh share "life" stories to get my mind off of the service. I have also had Sparkle (yes that's her real name) and she has bright & shiny personality just like Danielle!!! Thinking about going here? Do IT!!! You won't regret the experience! Tell them Barbara McNaughton sent you from Yelp ... or don't... just go! . Thanks from a loyal customer!!!! So sad today, March 10, 2018 was my last Appointment at EWC in AZ as we are relocating to Alabama. I must say it is an Amazing experience when both of your Wax Specialists hug you & say they are going to miss you. I will miss BOTH Danielle & Sparkle!!!!! I hope you both receive more clients because of my YELP posts. Trust me I will be jealous of all your new clients, since there is not a EWC in AL.... I would love to Co-Invest or Franchise one myself in Huntsville AL!!!! Take Care Danielle & Sparkle, I will miss you both! In closing, I want to Thank Christina (MGR) today for her help. Great Customer Service!!!! I hope my travels bring me back to AZ but if not I wish everyone much continued success!!!
