  • My name is J'von and I was a nervous wreck when I came to #1 Cochran. I had dealt with Warren previously but never purchased. I did some research and found the only car I could think about was a newer model Hyundai Sonata. Because of my "very less than perfect" credit, I knew financing was a gamble. Through the whole process, Warren never made me feel like I should suffer consequences for making mistakes in the past reflected on my credit score today. I shopped at other places and some treated me like I was supposed to feel privileged to be considered, that's when I knew #1 Cochran was the only place for me. Jim Powers was honest, straightforward and understanding. I appreciated that more than he'll ever know. He didn't try to "sell" me on something, he let me find it. He was patient with me, for this was my first financed vehicle purchase, and he was flexible. The first time around they didn't have any cars that spoke to me, plus it was a Saturday, which was hectic, and I left feeling overwhelmed. He told me that if I saw the car I wanted at any #1 Cochran location he'd pick it up for me. I did more research and came back on Monday. Monday was perfect. Jim an Warren were both in. I told him I saw a Sonata at another location but as we searched we found one at the Monroeville Hyundai location. Jim went and found it for me, Warren got me financed (after much nail biting and praying on my end), and they both personally congratulated me. I drove away in a loaded 2011 Hyundai Sonata with perfect payments. I could not have asked for a better sales team than these two. I will always recommend them to anyone thinking of buying/ financing a car. So thank you guys , keep up the good work, and I hope many others walk away feeling the same way I did about you two. THANK YOU !!!
