  • In my opinion, BEST pizza in Charlotte.....and I've tried them all (hawthornes, brixx, intermezzo, luigis, fuel). The tomato sauce is flavorful; the crust has a homemade fresh taste and the sausage is great as well. Also, their house salad dressing is amazing. I would go back just for the dressing. It's a creamy sundried tomato, garlic, mildly spicey dressing. Yum. We went today for Valentines and despite the consistent flow of people, the service was still flawless. I really want to try something other than the pizza but I enjoy the pizza so much that I don't want to be disappointed. Our bill for a side salad, medium pizza, garlic bread and a glass of wine was $25.....not bad! Definitely give it a try (for pizza and a salad at least)!
