Same experiences as most other reviewers. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Tack on charges for no reason, then, you have to call and waste your time with horrible customer service who do nothing at all about anything. Auto payments always have issues, conveniently, so they can charge you fees. Internet is so crappy, worst I've ever experienced...as in netflix can't even load...Have wasted so much money on shitty internet with cox. Cannot wait for the day we have any other option in our area. Fed up with this unbelievable company.
