Just had my truck serviced here for an oil change and they didn't have an oil filter to fit my truck. I went next store to O'reilly's and paid $15 for the filter. When I took the filter back to Jiffy Lube, they told me that they were only going to give me a $2.00 credit. The gal at O'reilly's told me that she could have simply invoiced them for the filter and there wouldn't have been an issue. She called the store and talked to the manager that she can invoice them and he told her it was too late. Since this all happened in a whole 5 minutes, I found it completely insulting that they thought I was going to simply pay the difference and not comment on it here. Incidentally, this is the second time that they didn't have the oil filter for my truck. Profits are always ahead of taking care of the customer.
