  • Wanted to splurge on my birthday and get the Presidential suite, it is the only suite with a jacuzzi. I was told when I called "We don't rent that out to the public" What? I'm a paying customer, for a room well over $600 a night, and you're telling my no? They respond by saying, Oh, that is for actors and or actress playing at Playhouse square. They did not even ask what date I was inquiring about. And it also was only for one night. Never been told a Presidential suite is not available to the public, to a paying customer. Really a turn off of this place, which I used to like, that's why I wanted to stay here again. But this has changed my mind and I won't be back.
