  • Do NOT go here. Worst experience EVER. On Valentine's Day we came here as a family so that my fiance and I could get tattoos of a heart shaped birthmark our daughter has. We requested a discrete freckle color. During and immediately after the session we expressed concerns about the dark color of the tatts and Cody said it would lighten significantly after it healed. THIS is the quality of their (Cody) work 4 months post tattoo (see picture). The healed results for us both revealed this poor quality. Not only are they not the discrete freckle brown color we requested, because of our professions, they are blurry, and both have holes in them. I have tatts 20 years old that look better than this.  Fast foward 3 weeks after the healing completion and we were very disappointed. We emailed the shop owner about our dissatisfaction and he offered to have us come back and have them touched up for free. We shared our concerns about the artist and his ability given the results, and he assured us that it would be corrected and achieve the quality we expected. Due to our travel schedules, and not being Las Vegas resident's, we communicated it would be several weeks before we could return. "No problem" we were told.  We called to schedule our touch up, several times, and it took them over a week to reply.  When we arrived for our appointment our artist Cody, was outside sitting on a bench smoking weed. Not a problem on your own time, but definitely a problem when you're about to drill needles into people, especially given our previous outcome. So this didn't sit well with us. But we continued inside where we were immediately met by an employee smoking a cigarette inside. Seconds later our daughter asks to use the restroom, and Cody began to set up for our appointment. We're still trying to figure out what to do at this point, when the shop employees began to fight with one another, throwing things across the room, cussing back and forth. All while one woman that's face down getting work done. When our daughter comes out the restroom I asked one of the female employees to address the situation, she did nothing. So I yelled above them asking them to stop, reminding them there was a child present, not to mention it was uncomfortable for us. That only escalated the situation and one artist (a thin man in his 50-60's began to cuss at us in front of our daughter saying she shouldn't be there anyways. This despite being told multiple times during our first visit, which she also attended, that this was a family friendly establishment and they perform tattoos on patrons as young as 14 years old. There's a brief break in the matter as we talked with Cody about what to do next. He only gave excuses, and was less than professional. During this time the older man goes into the next room and blasts the most inappropriate music he could find, as loud as he could, though no music had been previously playing; his music selection is heavy metal with one cuss word, f-bomb, after another. When I call him on his deliberate disrespect he tells us if we don't like it we can "get the fuck out".  At this point there is no way in hell we're getting a touch up tattoo from a stoned "artist" who clearly can't even manage a simple heart tattoo the shape of a nickel, in a hostile unwelcoming  "business" establishment who treats it's customers this way AND in front of children. When we asked for a refund Cody flat out said "No refunds, that pays me for my time". I reminded him that the money we paid was for a product that he failed to deliver and after this experience and his being under the influence we aren't comfortable with him drilling our body with needles". He reiterated that he wasn't refunding us and said we needed to leave.  One our way out the older dude followed us in an aggressive manner only inches off our heels as if to intimidate us and our daughter.  ***UPDATE*** The owner called us an hour after our experience and offered to correct the tattoos after hours when no one is there, since we are uncomfortable, or said he would refund our money. I told him we would discuss it and get back to him. Which I did within the week, requesting a refund as offered and now he's refused. I'll be sharing this experience with the Las Vegas  licensing board.
