  • Prior to Bill arriving at the house, something had been leaking and flooded the entire bottom floor. There was about an inch of standing water. The water had ruined the cabinets/baseboards and had began to mold. He asked us if we really wanted an inspection to which we declined. He didnt even charge us for coming out. Bill then insisted on showing us other deficiency's in the house. He was great! We tried to tip him but he wouldnt let us. We will DEFINATLY use him again. He really knows his stuff and has a keen eye for things that are wrong.
