| - This is a follow-up on the previous review that posted on May 11, 2016.
Finally, Service King called me to pick up my car. So I did. At first, I do not notice any major thing about the car since i have waited for more than 2 months for them to do the work. However, a week later, a picture of my car before the repair surfaced and i noticed a big difference from my car before and after repaired and I feel like they bullsh..t me again. My car is a Lexus IS 250 F-package and the tailpipes on the rear-end was positioned so that they fitted right in the hollow that carved out from the bumper-cover. It makes the car looks sporty and well fitted. However, after Service King fixed it, It looks like a sloppy job from a do-it-yourselfer. The tailpipes are off from the hollow; it is so visible that you can see the muffler underneath the car; it looks so cheap!

Service King also mentioned that they will refund the difference that I have to pay for the extra days rental car. It supposed to be done in three weeks, but because of their inability to do the job, it prolonged the process for more than 8 weeks. However, I have not seen the refunds.
I called my insurance and they arranged for Service King to correct the job. But it costs me time and frustration again when i have to deal with this Service Sht again. The job should have been done right at the first time, but it was not It took them more than 8 weeks for a sloppy job and now they want to correct it!! Can you trust them again??? I have to wait for another 8 weeks? How about the parts they replaced on my car? Are the genuine parts from Lexus dealer or just junks from their backyard? This time, I want proof of the parts; I do not want to be fooled again.
