  • The front desk receptionist is rude and passive aggressive. My mother is a care taker for my father who has severe dementia. I was appalled by this women's disrespect and lack of patience in dealing with them. I told my mother she should change offices but she likes Dr. Benton and life is busy and tuff enough, to research and start a new relationship with a new Dr. would add yet another burden.
