Going through the drive thru was a very unpleasant experience. After my 7 month olds doctor appointment and diagnosis of one ruptured ear drum and the other in its way, we went to CVS to get him a prescription. My son screaming the entire ride we finally get there and he falls asleep along with my 2 year old. So I've got two kids finally asleep I pull through the drive thru with a crabby greeting from Julie, a pharmacist wearing FAR too much make up and exhibiting an attitude like she's got somewhere else to be. I asked kindly in addition to the antibiotic for the infant Tylenol the doctor told me to get as well. She said "I can't do that right now we are just too busy" I could clearly see NOBODY IN LINE and one other car besides mine. I told her my situation that the baby just fell asleep and he's been screaming for 3 days and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "bummer".
I have been to CVSs FAR more busy that have been able to through in a Tylenol for me to purchase at the drive through.
My recommendation for Julie is to at least draw her eyebrows on more friendly so that at least people who see her that don't have to deal with her might think she likes her job.
