| - Park On Fremont was one of the places I used to go to for Taco Tuesdays and for drinks with my coworkers, and honestly, it's been a while since I've been back.
Well, I heard that POF was trying a new breakfast option and had an exclusive special for Zapponians.
I took my coworker with me for an early morning walk to try out their new offerings!
Chef Thomas was there to greet the both of as we were the first to arrive and Dustin (#Mixologist), gave us the lowdown about the menu.
Honestly, they were so nice we felt we were "red carpet" guests.
We placed our order and enjoyed some ice tea while we waited for our food.
The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich is just right. The warm brioche bread hugging eggs and sausage with some jack cheese is probably anyone's go to favorite.
The one detail I noticed is when you bite into the sandwich, the yolk is still soft leaving you with this nice warm golden gravy! Yum!
The scramble is another one that may another favorite for anyone.
Fluffy scrambled eggs, caramelized onions and brioche bread is a great combo, what brings it in for this cool
morning was the gentle Sriracha mayo that gives the right bit of heat.
Lastly, The Toast called The Morning Razzle. Buttery toasted bread topped with Nutella and raspberry jam!
If you like sweets in the morning like I do, then this could be your option!
Seating is on their patio next to the restaurant, parking is also available.
If you're in downtown Fremont stop by, have a seat, enjoy some coffee and a breakfast sandwich while you watch the world go by.
