Rented a house for one year from this company. Although poor communicators, didn't hate them until I gave my notice when my lease was up. $100 of my deposit was kept with no explanation. I had the house including carpets professionally cleaned before leaving. The inspector was "very impressed" with the "perfect" condition. PLUS I invested at least $100 into this home; (my choice that I) repaired the holes in the carport (a neighbor's teen used it as target practice at some point) and (for necessity) added solar powered/motion detection lights - the only lighting at an exterior door - for safety reasons.
Good luck in getting your deposits back, no matter WHAT you do!
