  • Recently I came to know from my services guys that my car needed wheel alignment so I looked up online and these guys were running special for $49.00. So I figured let me give them a call and see if they can take care of it during lunch. Sure enough they said bring it up and we will take care if it. So I drove up during lunch and they were able to get me in right away. I waited for about 40 minutes and they were done. They didn't get four star for couple of reasons. 1) Mechanics were talking in the garage when I got there and they kept talking for another 15 to 20 mins before they took my car in. I think they need to be respectful of their customers time specially during lunch but they were not. 2) The guy in office did explain what was off but he didn't give me that paper and when I asked for it, I was told they have to keep it. Every other places I have been for alignment, they always give you a customer copy which shows before and after adjustments. IMO you have to keep in mind these adjustment so you are aware of your own driving habits ;)
