  • Only because I have to give any star...other wise no stars. Keep it short. Do not do any business with these people. They lie lie lie. Made a deal with my daughter,the car needed new air conditioning...as repairs were made, price went up as did down payment. When she went to pick up car after multiple phone conversations with Lulu and others that day, she arrived to find they now wanted a down payment 5x the original agreement. Not one hour before she arrived she was given an amount, still higher than the original and to bring cash. She did so, only to arrive to "well we thought about it, we fixed the air and now we need more money down". What? Wasted time for a week, wasted multiple trips to bank. This is the Classic BAIT and SWITCH.... beware....stay away!!!!!
