Have been going to Cain's for close to 10 years. Loved their brunch, until today. Kitchen got backed up, so it took over an hour to get our food. No big deal. Understood that happens. Then when the food started rolling out, we had two separate hairs tangled in our food. Since we were pretty grossed out, we asked for to-go containers for the food not impacted with hair & asked for the manager.
The manager came & said none of his cooks have hair & comped one of the dishes w/hair. Will never go back. Sad cause we've had good memories there over the years.
