This place is alright. It's not somewhere that I'd go to study and spend a day studying, but it's not like I dread going here either.
The staff is very nice--I used to go here and eat my lunch and read when I worked in the area, and they never said anything if I didn't order anything more than a free glass of cold, filtered water. Maybe the staff is too friendly, though, because this place has a constant stream of patrons, making for long lines and sometimes slow service. Also, the small store space makes for really, really cramped seating and high noise levels when there's a lot of customers.
Also, the parking meters in front of the place suck, but I think one's driveway is the only place where one can park in Cleveland Heights for free.
