  • My experience at this place was just awful!!! I went in for a chemical relaxer and a stylist/manager used me as a guinea pig to train an assistant who never applied one before. The relaxer ended up being on my head far too long it over processed my hair resulting in extreme breakage and baldness. I ended up having to have another professional hair stylist shave all my hair off to remove the damage. They do not ever seem to have much business and I was informed the owner Melissa ran off all of the good stylist they once had. She nor her husband Scott took responsibility for the negligence of their stylist/manager even though they got rid of her. The salon owners are unprofessional, argumentative, and poorly manage the place. I would stay far away from this salon unless you want to go bald while drinking a bunch of Shasta soda!!
