If it wasn't for the products I wouldn't be here. Horrible costumer service from the OWNERS, no less. The young ladies in the shop are helpful, but when they are busy and a costumer walks up to the counter (2 of us, someone was behind me, I'm not that horrible I waited a good 5 minutes, as one of the owners typed in some codes off the products) why shouldnt I be expected to be waited on quickly and efficiently? I don't go to Starbucks when I am in a hurry, because I know I may have to wait. I just have no tolerance for walking up to a register and not being acknowledged! Customers are the reason your lights are on. Show some appreciation, and treat your staff better while your at it!
