  • Soon to be canceling my membership because this location has also over-sold it's membership. I, too have had to wait for a machine for over 20 minutes - whether it be an elliptical, treadmill, or stair machine. People are rude and don't follow the 20-minute workout guideline when people are waiting. The staff are totally oblivious and ignore you unless you are buying a membership or personal trainer time. The past few times I've gone, I felt like I was in a bus station. Crowded, loud, full of rude people, and the cleanliness has also gone downhill.
