  • I called a few places for quotes to have our pool drained & refilled, tile cleaned, and DE filter cleaned out. Ken came out and looked at our pool and gave me quotes which were very reasonable. We had a couple other issues I wanted addressed, one being a skimmer door problem, and the other was the eyeball diverters were literally plastered so that they didn't turn or move at all. The work was scheduled about a week later, and they came out on a Sunday to start the drain, and then on Monday did all the tile cleaning, power washing off of the algae, chlorine bath, filter clean out, and fixing other things on Monday. Pool was refilling by noon Monday! Tile looks great, pool clean and fresh, and even the pool cleaner is moving much better now. I'm very happy with the work they did, and feel comfortable that I can call Ken with questions or issues and he will be willing to help. Thanks so much for a job well done!
