The first four years with them were great. Excellent service, quick order processing, no errors. The past two years have been a nightmare. I have to make multiple calls just to push routine orders for diabetes supplies through. Last month, "CC" -- Customer Care -- sent me an email and in the process changed my name in their system to C C, cancelling all existing orders and blocking new ones because, of course, my insurance doesn't know me as C C. If I could find another source to order my supplies, I'd jump ship instantly.
