  • Had a leak to the heating/ac unit where my brother lived. It's a HOA governed development. Thank God the management company was on the grounds that day, they turned the water off to the unit. The HOA referred Jasons company to me. Nice guy named Mel showed up...no emergency happening now...because the water was already turned off, but $155.00 later and a estimate of 5,300.00 later, proved to be a joke. 2 estimates later the next weeks, Jason was clearly trying to take advantage of a situation, a gentlemen would not have. Not going to "work with the warranty company" period..and no time to educate me on details. Do your homework...call a second opinion.
