  • I've been bringing my pup in for treatments here for about a month. I've been into the office multiple times, and the front desk staff has made me feel extremely uneasy almost every time until today. Dallas and Sheri were very nice and extremely comforting. The front desk staff is the face of the kind of people you're leaving your animal with and it can easily cause you to feel more upset when staff is short and uncaring, so I appreciate the good service. Dr. Franco is also very helpful and thorough. Overall: good results when you go on the right day.
