I got a new Iphone 6 through Target and I didn't realize that now you have to put in a passcode from your old phone into the new phone to get all your contacts converted so I called the apple store in crocker park and talked to a very nice lady who helped me out. Unfortunately though I shouldn't have hung up, because I didn't realize I locked myself out. It only gives so many passcodes before it thinks your trying to hack it or something. So I called back only wanting to know if I had to wait twenty-four hours for it to unlock or if there was a way to by pass it. I got someone else who was very friendly, but clueless to what I was asking and ended up making me change my gmail account password which is super annoying, because you are not allowed to use the same one for like a year. She finally gets her manager and he sounds high or drunk I was trying not to judge, I explained to him what I was wondering and he goes to have me change my gmail password again. I explain we already tried that if I have to wait is it only twenty-four hours, because I'll just wait. Out of no where he gets a major attutide saying ma'am I can help you I'll tell you how. But he never told me how!! He just kept getting ruder and it made me uncomfortable so I hung up and waited 24 hours and I was able to get in my phone. Sadly to say if that's the type of management they have there I will call or drive to the beachwood location on the east side and see if I get better service.
