Booked an appointment a week ago, arrived prior to my daughters appointment and waited about ten minutes before someone greeted us. Checked in and was told that the person that was to do her hair was still with a client who had "more hair then expected" and would be a "about a 45 minute wait ." I asked why no one called me to tell me that my appointment would be pushed, the stylist apologized and asked us to return in "about 45 minutes." I will NOT be returning. The least they could have done was be courteous and respectful of others time, called me and asked me to reschedule. I am a reasonable person and had they done that, i would have agreed to do so. Terrible customer service.
