| - I have been taking classes here for about a year and I'm completely obsessed with this workout! When I workout on my own, I get bored after about 20-30 minutes. This workout is so challenging, but really fun at the same time. The music and the motivating instructors make the time fly by!
Recently, I started taking Holly's Monday class at 5:30 (DJ ride w/ Blossom). The DJ mixes some awesome music and it feels like you're dancing at the club! Holly is one of my favorite instructors - she incorporates a lot of upper body work in addition to the one song with the weighted bar (i.e. Push-ups, cross-body punches). All of the instructors are AMAZING and the workout always kicks my butt, but Holly kicks it up another notch!
Another one of my favorite classes is the Hip Hop Sunday service with Katie! Not only is Katie another phenomenal instructor at cyclebar, but the hip hop playlist she has is the best! This class actually motivates me to get up and workout on a Sunday morning!
As I said, I'm completely obsessed with this workout. I'm always bringing friends to try it out, and everyone is always impressed with both the clean, modern facility and the fun, challenging, full-body workout!
