as a pittsburgh transplant, I've generally been pretty disappointed with the quality of restaurants. I've found that your best bet is to steer clear of the fine dining and outmoded "hot spots", and go straight for the junk food. the "O" has lovely hot dogs with a snappy natural casing. I get mine w/ brown mustard & kraut. Their fries come in generous proportions (I recommend the small for two people), and are generally crispy and fresh. Plus, they have a pretty good beer selection, which puts this place heads and shoulders above, say D's, whose sysco-truck curly fries and mushy dogs are just pathetic.
