  • I witnessed horrible customer service at this Fry's this evening. The cashier was disrespectful to the customer. Instead of having a manager address the complaint, the cashier argued and told the customer she was rude and out of line. The customer was upset but not disrespectful. I took my things to the self checkout fearful of the verbal abuse I might receive if I stayed in that checkout line
