  • All employees were very nice and friendly. The grounds were clean. We had rented a second unit and I thought the bill had been linked to the same credit card as the first unit. When the monthly charge came due and we had not paid yet, they called and asked me about it, stating they didn't want me to incur any late fees. That is going the extra mile. Thank you Public Storage!
