  • While the selection at Stout is fine and I am told the pricing is fair, their lack of customer service and professionalism is beyond lacking. I truly feel that once they got our money they no longer had any interest in the timing or quality of our install, or in our customer satisfaction. After repeated calls to get scheduling details, both of my instalation dates had to be rescheduled due to installer no-shows, and my house was left in need of professional cleaning. (There were greasy hand prints left on my walls, the trim was damaged, and my grout color choice was inadvertently left off of the paperwork, which I was told only AFTER the tile was installed so I could not even access the floor in order to make an appropriate color selection.) I am sorry to say I cannot recommend Stout Flooring. I do prefer to use local businesses over national retail outlets, but in this case it backfired.
