I read the previous complaints on poor customer service, and agree! I called to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT, and was treated so poorly and condescendingly by whomever answered the phone, I thought, why am I even attempting this? And give them my hard-earned money??? The docs need to address these concerns, as their staff is the front- line to their practice, and can really have an adverse effect on business. Send them to CSR training and emotional intelligence classes. They just lost my family's business.
