| - Much better than the downtown location in terms of shoe selection and layout! There's just more space here to add and spread out merch.
Tbh, the shoe selection here was even BETTER than Nordstrom Sherway...which sucks, btw in terms of brands.
There were 2 different women's shoe sections: 1 for dressier shoes (designer heels, loafers) and 1 for more casual sneakers/boots. As per the other review, if you're a sz 5, there were only 2 racks in that particular sz in dress shoes. However, there was definitely more in that sz for casual shoes! Dress shoes were obviously pricier than casual and there were quite a few pairs of casual shoes that I liked! Prices weren't terrible, Nike Huaraches were $80-90.
If you have kids, this is a GREAT place to look for shoes as the quality was a bit better and prices weren't outrageous. If you're a women's sz5/6, it's possible to shop in the larger kid shoe sizes. For example, a pair of suede Puma sneakers were ~$30!
In terms of the designer rack, you're SOL here. The selection here was pretty limited and based on appearance, they seemed to be rejects from the American stores from a few seasons ago.
"Designer" jeans were in/around $100. Fine jewelry, mainly watches, was crap. There was lotsa costume jewelry if you're into that. Purse section looked better than the downtown location. Quite a bit of makeup/skincare products from the lines they usually carry: Burt's Bees, Neutrogena, Stila, Bobbi Brown, etc.
This particular location was more similar to the larger American Racks. Not as cheap though as we're in Canada...
