My first time going to this Starbucks - Went thru the drive thru in a very long line. No one came on the speaker and the line continued to move. Figured maybe it's broken? So I got to the window and explained that I I didn't get my order taken. I was told that I needed to drive back thru the line and get my order taken through the speaker. That they couldn't take my order at the window. Really? I was told 'I don't know what the disconnect was but you have to get back in line'. Obviously they believe I'm at fault. I had some choice words for the boy manager whose only solution was to inconvenience the customer with an infant in the car to drive thru the line again.
