  • Has something changed? I was a huge fan of Sushi Mon when I lived a mile away...going at least once a week for their superb sushi. When I recently flew in to town from my new home in Salt Lake City, I called in from the airport for a large take-out order due to my craving for some great sushi. I didn't recognize the food anymore. The fish was different...muted colors, strange unrecognizable cuts in my sashimi, much thiner portions too. Not sure if I will try it again...I was quite disappointed that an old favorite let me down.
