I thought that I was going to like Fogo de Chao a lot more then I did. The idea of the restaurant is obviously very cool and unique. Unlimited amounts of meat and a full salad bar. However, the majority of the steaks all tasted the same and I thought that the majority of the meats were either over seasoned or too salty. The sides that came with the meal were pretty good. We loved the fried bananas and the polenta fries. Mashed potatoes were just okay in my opinion. Salad bar was good. They had a good amount of options. The cheesy bread that is served with the meal was good when it was warm, but when it got cold it wasn't very appetizing. I honestly just think its a little overpriced. If I'm paying 53 bucks then I want to be eating some of the most flavorful meat I've ever had, and this wasn't the case. Service was great though. All of the staff was very friendly.
