| - What I like about Niklas Group is what sets it apart from other companies that build and develop properties in this city - they are a lasting member of the community that plays an integral role in its growth and development. Houses and condos can be built, but the evolution of a simple building into a fully functioning community can take time. There are many factors that come into play when considering a new home, including important qualities like feeling safe, feeling a sense of belonging and having your favourite amenities nearby. Niklas Group's Casel on 17th does just that.
I was first introduced to this unique group during an Interactive Monday event at the Cassis Bistro. It's a fresh way to meet new people, network and get to know the people in the community. The event features and showcases food and drink from the local businesses in the building with a meal prepared by a guest chef that changes every time.
In addition to the Interactive Monday evenings, Niklas Group plays an active role in the community by hosting events like the recent Eat Real YYC, which featured Calgary food trucks, local farmers, producers and retailers. As a supporter of local and small business, I am pleased to see a company like this that is passionate about standing up for the little guy.
I have volunteered for many events hosted by Casel and through that time have gotten to meet and make new friends. Business owners that are passionate about what they offer to the community are rare, and the fact that I can connect a business to a face is priceless. For that, I think that the folks at Niklas Group are doing great things for this city.
