Worst customer service recently! I went in Saturday evening and spoke to two different young men at the mobile department. The first young man couldn't seem to put my information into the system correctly and locked me out of my account for 24 hours. He called the second young man, redhead with glasses who was extremely condescending towards me and told me I was locked out and there was nothing he could do for me. I said are you serious? And he responded with yea don't know what to tell you. Go figure the sale ended that day and Best Buy refuses to honor it since it's their fault I was locked out. Even if you can't help someone you could be a little bit more respectful to my time and presence.
