  • I've lived at the Covington Apartments for almost 3 years. It is one of the nicest places on this side of town. Any maintenance issues that I've had have been resolved the same day and the maintenance guys are very friendly. Joey in the office is great! He always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. They have on occasion gone out of their way to help in any way possible for any request that I've put in. The property is very clean and there are always people out keeping the property in great shape.
