  • My dentist and hygienist were really kind and helpful. However, I recently had a terrible experience with the front desk assistant. She was extremely rude. She became extremely defensive when I asked about a charge on my last visit, and threatened me by saying I would receive a bill to my home if it is not paid in that instant. One of the finance team personnel noticed and offered to help me look through everything after my procedure. I simply wanted a review and was not refusing to pay. This just leaves me questioning the reputation of this practice:/
