  • I stopped in to this location this morning to look into a new laptop to replace my previous, damaged, one. It was quiet, having just opened, and I was greeted quickly and assisted as soon as I got to the laptop area, Apple in particular. The Best Buy employee ( Ishmael was his name, as I recall ) was great. Very patient with me while I waffled back and forth between a couple of models; he checked the stock on several I was interested in and, when the one I finally decided on was not available was able to locate one at the North Scottsdale store. I was able to make my purchase and then head over to pick up the laptop from the second location. This store seems less hectic than many other locations, especially the Scottsdale spot I went to. I'll be visiting again.
