Hotel's service was terrible.
When we entered our suite, the door leading to an additional bedroom was unlocked and open. We assumed that the additional bedroom was included as part of our suite (after all, the door was wide open!)
Near the end of our stay, hotel security opened the door and came into the bedroom (waking me up), saying that the room had been assigned to someone else. He apologized for the mistake and soon the front desk called us, telling us that the bedroom was not a part of our suite.
The front desk told us to either get out now (and find a new hotel, perhaps) or pay for the use of the bedroom for our entire stay (backdated to the first day). It was very early (by Vegas standards) and we decided to pay.
But it didn't end there. Later that afternoon, housekeeping came by the room with a security guard demanding to inspect the room. They probably didn't get the memo that we were paid guests who were still staying there.
