  • BAD customer service! Went in to exchange my shoes since I didn't need them anymore. (It was in excellent condition btw since I've never worn them.) They only do store credit, so I figured I'd just get something I could wear on a daily basis. The guy "helping" me seemed EXTREMELY frustrated and irritable whenever I asked for another size or asked to try on another pair of shoes. When I asked to try another type of shoe, he rudely insisted on taking the other ones out of my way and slammed them back in the box. Uhm okaaaay... Sorry I made you get them?? Then he told me to make sure I try on the shoes right so I don't come back again for another exchange because he doesn't want to go through this again. SERIOUSLY?! I couldn't take his bad attitude and condescending tone anymore. I shouldn't feel condemned nor feel the need to explain myself over why I'm exchanging a pair of shoes. I rushed to get out of there, I didn't care what I left with. Idk the guy's name, but he was a stubby guy with a toupee faux hawk lol. P.S. When looking around, they watch you like a hawk and follow you around like a dog.
