  • We have bought several cars from Nissan, Altima, Rogue, 2 Titans, Murano, and a Maxima. We are definitely a Nissan family. We always come back because of the great service we get from Nissan Henderson! Recently we had a rare incident happen with our last purchase and Victor Martinez and Mel made us feel like we are customers they appreciate which is why we keep coming back! They not only apologized, they went above and beyond to make sure our service needs were met! Victor thank you for your follow ups and making sure I was taken care of when I would have to go back to the dealership. Adonis thank you for being an amazing sales person and making our deal go smooth and fast, as we expect to as a returning customer. Kevin Aviles, thank you for resolving the payoff mistake with the bank, you made sure we weren't further inconvenienced and were thankful you treated us like family and remembered us from past purchases. This is why we keep coming back! You treat us like you care! Lastly Victor customer service is what I do for a living and you exceeded my expectations! Thank you again!
