  • I just don't get it.........I have been here a couple of times and it has never been a good experience, nor has the food been good. I'm finished with this place. I know that LGO gets good reviews, but WHY????? The parking lot is a cluster and the "complimentary" valet is a hassle. I wait on both ends.....dropping off the car, and getting the one person valet to retrieve my car. There goes 15 minutes out of my lunch hour. I wish they'd just let us self park. Placing an order for food is equally frustrating as people are bumping into you and squeezing by you to get around a bunch of tables with overpriced gift items on them. What the heck? Get that junk out of there and make it a more pleasant experience for the customer! There is even less elbow room where you go stand to pick up your order. Even the employees can't get through and do their jobs. They are carrying hot food and trying to jockey around the customers. Such a no brainer! Now to the food.......lunch portions are SKIMPY to say the least. A $9 pulled pork sandwich looks like a slider, and there are no sides with the sandwich. My $10 Hot Sammy sandwich was about an inch thick with barely any meat on it. Again, no sides come with the order. Such a disappointing experience on all levels. SO many better places to go in that area! SKIP THIS ONE!
